Welcome to an exciting newsletter with lots of goodies for everyone. We have a new Corporate section and Leader Effectiveness training program, a new Relationship section: "Eat Play Love" with things to do together and retreats commencing in October, as well as information on Family Constellation Training programs and articles plus new books and articles.

As a counselor over the past months I have noticed a number of people being challenged by what they call depression.

It seems that we are being asked energetically to step into the more of who we are, the new energy that is there, to give up our emotional addictions to the "No's" we have and invite the "Yes" into our bodies, minds and hearts. Tricky if the No's have been around for many many years and if we do not have the tools or are trying to figure out the whys? So here are some resources that may help:

  • Create Your Day excerpt from Create Your Day by Ramtha
    • When you wake up in the morning, before you remember who you are, in that moment of wordlessness remember who you want to be. Create your Day.
    • Remember to create a day that it is so astounding, that it will add to my experience of my life, reframe your neuro net.
    • Create your day in that moment before any identity is formed and your experience of your day will be very different.
    • Create a day that you would call at the end of: hope for living, one that brings to you adventures, meetings and occurrences that would never have existed in your life prior to this.
      Say:
      • Today I will know extraordinary people and have encounters of the unusual.
      • Today I will know wealth in a way of which I have never known and all along the way I will be so excited about today that I shall never feel the illness that I dread everyday.
      • Say these words slowly in your mind, hold them, be present with them, so that you are present with everyone of them. And when you have finished you would have been present with creating your day, and your day can get on with bringing you hope.
      • The more present you are with the sentences the more excitement grows in your body and the thrill of the day can hardly wait.
  • Helping You Manifest: Here we talk about how to give up emotional addiction, that is addiction to a particular feeling that occurs over and over again feeding the pain body
  • Exercise: Yep despite how you feel emotionally, move the body and include any form of exercise as a daily routine, it gets that energy, old and new, moving through your body, relaxes you and de-clatters the mind. Let it be spontaneous too.
  • Do something differently daily. We watch ourselves habitually doing the same thing daily. Choose one thing and do it differently.
  • Honour You: stop and choose what you would like to do for you today. Something little, something to take time out for you, to connect and increase the energy in your being
  • Question those thoughts: Is it true? Who would I be without this story? Turn it around.
  • Seek Help: Reach out and ask for help, that is why we are here. Often we can help using Family Constellations whereby we take the symptom and see what it is pointing at in a system, homoeopathics, Belief work and much much more. Facilitators look and work with you to find a new way, a new you and to experience the freedom within.

Eat Play Love Relationship Section

Welcome to one of our new sections of Awakening News.
This is an opportunity to bring you Tantric and many other teachings we have gathered over the years to practice together at home.

The Beginnings of Meeting in Love:
Week 1: Make a date with each other for example: dinner, lunch, a walk on the beach, movie and then drinks, a weekend away....make time for the both of you to connect.

Week 2: Try going to bed at the same time with each other and simply hold each other and look each other in the eyes. Now to start with this maybe difficult if there has been has been alt of hurt, or needs of each other not being attended to. There maybe the feeling that this leads to sex, and I am not ready to open. Remember it takes time for our bodies to open to each other after hurts, conflicts, or neglect. Take the time to be patient with this ritual and each other - come to it with no expectations, just innocence. If there are negative withholds, then take the time to say them with ownership ie I feel neglected and unsupported when ....(see Effectiveness Training for more skills), there is no need for discussion, just deep listening and sharing how it is. Dropping into what you are saying and feeling this in your body allows your partner to do this also. Then the positive withholds, this includes all the things that you love your partner for, what they did during the day, and how they have been (even if small) with you.

Week 3: Initiation of the Senses: Close your eyes and simply allow your partner to touch you all over, with no agenda (this is not a prelude to sex - although it feels like it) breathe the sensations in, allowing them to move you, surrendering to each movement and touch. This is not an opportunity to "turn" your partner on, but an opportunity to love their body, explore in an innocent way. This week you can also introduce the Nadabrahma meditation to move into deeper connectedness with your partner. It is an old Tibetan technique which was originally done in the early hours of the morning. It can be done at any time of the day, alone or with others, but have an empty stomach and remain inactive for at least fifteen minutes afterwards. This meditation lasts 1 hour and there are 3 stages. Nadabrahma by Osho Active Meditation (Series) and Deuter (Audio CD - 1992) – Enhanced

As a couple this meditation can be done facing each other, and to enhance the amount of energy try naked with a white sheet over the top of you both, to create a cocoon.

Week 4: Meeting in Love. Take your relationship to new levels of awareness, intimacy and enhance the depth of love and openness as you meet in love without goals, simply letting the spirit of your connectedness move you, without following or suppressing pleasure.
