INSTRUCTOR TRAINING WORKSHOP (ITW)

Become an Accredited Instructor of two of the World’s most comprehensive, powerful & proven Communications Skills Programs based on the work of Dr Thomas Gordon;

THE PROGRAMS

1. PARENT EFFECTIVENESS PROGRAM (P.E.T.) teaches parent’s specific communication and conflict resolution skills to create and sustain effective and enduring relationships with their children, in all circumstances.

2. PERSONAL EMPOWERMENT (using Linda Adams Be Your Best program) teaches individuals how to become more effective, assertive and responsible for getting their needs met in their personal and professional lives.

This powerful transformative program can also be delivered in the workplace and other settings.

INSTRUCTOR TRAINING WORKSHOP (ITW)
Becoming a P.E.T. or a Personal Empowerment Instructor is a 3-step process:

STEP 1 - Complete either P.E.T. or Personal Empowerment Program for yourself so you have firsthand experience of the program.
STEP 2 - Successfully complete an Instructor Training Workshop ITW - see dates below
STEP 3 - Teach a qualifying P.E.T. or Personal Empowerment program and submit the participant evaluations for review, final approval and Instructor Certification.

WHAT IS TAUGHT?
This is an Instructor Training Workshop dual program because it provides an opportunity to be trained in both P.E.T. and Personal Empowerment. During this training program, you will choose one of these two programs as your "major". This will be the program on which you will concentrate and on which you will conduct your practice teaching. The training is based on a "learning-by-doing" model. It combines instruction in the core content and skills with exercises providing practice in dealing with group dynamics and the process of teaching and facilitating.

5 x 1 Day Training Workshops 10am till 5.30pm

COST
$2250 Includes 5 Day Training Program with ongoing support, Royalties and Instructor Resource Kit which includes Instructors Manual, Textbook, Workbook, I-Cards, CD’s, Presentation Folder, PowerPoint presentation and handouts.
