Thoughts embraced by feelings create your reality.
So what are you thinking? What do you truly believe? Look at your experience
of your life, that’s what you believe. Look at your body, your body
just does what you think, it is a servant, as is life… you choose.
You ARE what you are looking for. You just THINK you are not and You
just FEEL you are not.
Without this thought who would you be?
What would be your experience of life?
"When we came to the human, we intended to have the kinds of experiences we have created. However, there comes a time when a voice from within tells us that we are not bound by the limitations we are experiencing. We become aware that we are free to redefine our human experience; we realize that we may live in the human without the limitations we have previously attributed to being human." —Arnold Patent
“There is one energy in the Universe—love. The source of this energy is commonly referred to as God. Each of us has been gifted by this Higher Power with the power to create whatever we wish. We exercise this power by using our imaginations. Everything we create remains in our imaginations even though it appears to have a reality outside of us: that seeming reality is evidence of the extraordinary nature of this power.
We have used this power to create what we call our human experience by transforming love into qualities and experiences totally unlike itself. The vehicles we use for this remarkable transformative achievement are our beliefs.
Every belief we create is a perceived diminishment, distortion or limitation of love. These beliefs act as a disguise to hide the power and natural qualities of our true being.
The creation of the human experience is a miraculous accomplishment and is evidence of our mastery of the creative process. Circumstances such as war and poverty, and feeling qualities such as fear, pain and shame are examples of our imaginative creations.
Nothing we create has any inherent power or importance. The creative power remains in us. And the energy that we use to create with-love-remains what it is: the pure, divine gift from our Creator.
The feeling quality of love is joyfulness. The fewer our beliefs, the more joyful we feel. When we are feeling joyful, we are connected to our true power.
The higher our level of joyfulness, the harder it is to hold onto our beliefs. The fewer beliefs we hold onto, the more accessible is our natural state of abundance, harmony and vitality. The higher our level of joyfulness (vibrational level), the easier it is to create experiences that reflect that level of joyfulness.
Raising levels of joyfulness and exploring the benefits of being in that expanded consciousness is what I love to do. “ Arnold Patent
You are the centre of your universe. You are the creator, the scriptwriter, the dancer, the actor, consciousness itself.
“There is no ‘out there’ out there, independent of what’s going on ‘in here’ in here.” Fred Alan Wolf PhD
You create your reality absolutely but only 100%. How? Through thought
embraced by feeling.
HUM simply outlines how reality works, how life works and how YOU can
start to make your life work.
HUM takes the jargon out of the findings of Quantum physics and adapts
it to your everyday life.
Whether you would like to change your personal experience of your work,
money, lifestyle, health and wellbeing, sexuality, relationships, family,
or just everyday experience of life HUM has the secret to helping you
manifest.
You already do it everyday, just now you are aware that you are doing it. Learn simple steps in the art of attracting what you want, after all life is here for YOU.
At times we find ourselves in hellish moments, feeling the impossibility of life changing. Discover how to use these moments to HUM.
Your yearning to be the more that you are is enough. You are enough to HUM.
“In the beginning was the VOID teeming with infinite possibilities of which YOU ARE ONE.” What the Bleep Do We Know
“We build up models of how we see the world outside of us.
The more information we have, the more we refine our model one way
or another.
What we ultimately do, is tell ourselves a story about what the outside
world is.”
Daniel Monti, M.D.
The Universe is consciousness, pure and simple. You are consciousness.
Reality is simply what you want it to be. You create and co-create your reality absolutely. Only 100% of the time. How? Through thought embraced by feeling.
The Universe says YES at all times to all circumstances, events, desires, thoughts, feelings. There is no judgement outside of your thinking. Therefore whatever your wish, desire, thought, whether it be progressive or limiting the universe says YES. Consciousness itself says YES.
All possibilities already exist. Therefore thinking X or Y will not
happen is simply a thought. There are infinite possibilities and all
exist NOW.
Life is perfect just how it is. Yes we argue with it many times a day in our thinking but that does not change that it is perfect as it is – its reality! This is what is meant to be happening otherwise it wouldn’t be. You can change it anytime you like, but arguing with just perpetuates it. Embracing life as perfect the way it is cultivates a rare grace, an affinity with life, from here manifesting becomes easy.
This concept goes beyond accepting. It is living true embracement. Yet in our thinking we are constantly arguing with reality. In many cases we can just label how we are as denial. To wholeheartedly meet reality as is and embrace what is happening in this moment is living in the mystery, is not arguing with reality.
The Keys to transformation are essential in helping to understand how to move from victim to creator.
The signals you emit create a certain vibrational frequency. This in turn creates, attracts and filters your perception of reality. So if we are feeling joyful and vibrant you attract much the same, if you are feeling angry and low in spirits you again attract much the same.
When we open to the more, the possibility that or hearts desire already
exists then we simply attract this.
For instance the Spaniards did not see their invasion because the concept
of huge ships and being invaded never existed in their comprehension.
Life reflects our internal reality. Change in here and it automatically
changes our experiences of life.
“You cannot get what you are. To get something, there has to be "you" and "it". And you reach and you "get" it. How do you get what you are? Where are you going to reach? And you can't "understand" who you are. You can read the words "I am Truth, I am consciousness" and that can feel good. You can vibrate with that. You can chant that. It feels good. You can pray for it. You can read about great saints and sages. It feels good, it is helpful, and there is nothing wrong with any of it. But finally, there has to be a willingness to be who you are. And for most people, that is absolutely terrifying. Because what most people suspect they are is the worst thing imaginable: a creature of imperfection and lack and ugliness and stupidity. Even if there is a cover of superior knowledge or accomplishment, under that is the belief that you are this gnarled, ugly, irredeemable, lost soul separate from God. Right? You have to know this.” Gangaji
“You are Consciousness, not one who is conscious” Sri H.W.L. Poonja
You ARE that which you are looking for. Most of our mental struggles stem from believing that we are not that, do not have that, and so on and so on.
Take a moment and ask yourself:
“Who is thinking the thought that I am not that which I am looking
for?”
Take a moment to look within and literally find that which is thinking the thought. What do you find?
If you found anything ask yourself: “Who is thinking this thought?”
If you didn’t find anything: Now can you trust THAT more than you trust your feelings and your thoughts? Can you let yourself do nothing to change that, get it. fix it, hold it?
“Once you know who you are, nothing can stop
you.” Stedman Graham
“Asking yourself these deeper questions opens up new ways of being
in the world. It brings in a breath of fresh air. It makes life more
joyful. The real trick to life is not to be in the know, but be in
the mystery.”
Fred Alan Wolf PhD
Many people do not allow themselves to even want. They cut themselves
off at the: ‘How do I get it?’ They can’t see how it is possible so
they stop before the wanting.
If the universe says YES and simply rearranges itself to bring to you
what you want then the only thing stopping you is the thought: “I
don’t know how”…so lets dream. Lets leave the know how to the universe, consciousness
itself.
Go back to your list you did prior to the course starting, add anything
you would really like here.
* Write down what you really would like in your life. Start with a
few categories:
1. How would you like to feel within yourself?
2. What would you like to achieve? Work, Career, Money, Assets?
3. How would you like to experience your family, your parents, partner
and children?
4. How would you like your health to be?
5. Sexually how would you like to feel and experience yourself sexually?
6. If there were an opportunity for a miracle, what would you like
it to be?
Let us take a moment and really look at what you really have or experience in your life.
* What is my experience of:
1. Life
2. Money/Career
3. Relationships
4. Health
5. Sex
* Now list the opposite of a. (What I really want)
For example:
The Want: “I would like to feel more confident in pursuing what I believe
is valuable at work”
Opposite: “I feel insecure in pursuing what I don’t think is valuable
enough at work”
The opposite usually shows what is in your life now and begins to highlight the underlying feelings and thoughts associated with each desire.
See table below
Have a look at your experience and the opposite of what you want and
feel how this is in your body.
* What is the feeling that underlies these experiences? List on the
table below
Ask yourself this question, being open to the answer.
* What would someone believe in order to experience the opposite of what they want and what their experience is?’
* Now ask: “What would someone believe in order to experience what I have in my life?”.
For example:
“What would someone believe in order to experience feeling not good
enough, unworthy or not valuable?”
“I am not good enough and have nothing to say.”
Write Them Down on the table below
| I REALLY WANT | REALLY EXPERIENCE | OPPOSITE OF WANT | FEELINGS | BELIEFS FROM OPPOSITE & EXPERIENCE |
| “I would like to feel more confident in pursuing what I believe is valuable at work | Can’t get ahead in my life | “I feel insecure in pursuing what I don’t think is valuable enough at work” |
Insecure Fearful Doubt in self |
• Not good enough • What I have is not of value • Unworthy |
| Life to be easy and abundant | Life is Hard | Life to be hard and unfruitful | Stressed Fearful Worried |
Life’s hard I have to work hard to get everything that I have/want |
“Joy is the best measure of success” John Assaraf
Thought embraced by feelings create and vice versa. Many claim that thoughts appear first and then feelings reinforce the thought, making it manifest. The opposite is true also. The feeling arises and the mind slips into the process of categorizing it, matching it with a story, normalizing it into existence.
The more passionate you are about the thought, the more likely for it to appear as a reality. You can be passionate in your joy, love and lust, and in your anger or hatred. The universe has no judgment and cannot discern for you it simply says YES to what is.
“Whatever you are feeling is a perfect reflection of what is in the process of becoming” Esther Hicks
We often label our feelings as good or bad, but this is simply an
intellectualisation of a natural occurrence, In truth feelings are
neither good or bad just energy. It is only our judgment we place upon
them that alters our experience of each feeling. By doing so we filter
and react to what we think is good and what we think is bad.
For instance: Anger experienced in its natural form is passion for
oneself. Anger encased in judgments becomes repressed distorting into
depression and/or violence.
Fear for instance may arise in our body and we then tell ourselves a story about the fear and react accordingly, and then we lock the fear in as a normal experience, depending on your history.
What if you saw feelings, emotions simply as energy? When the energy
arises in your body you simply didn’t touch it, judge it, think about
it, it was simply allowed to be there. What would be your experience?
We are addicted to emotions in the same way we can become addicted to any chemical substance. As Dr Joseph Dipenza says
“Heroin uses the same receptor mechanisms on the cells that
our emotional chemicals use”
Therefore this gives us some insight into why we find ourselves feeling the same way over and over again. We are chemically addicted to the feeling. But don’t stop there, any addiction can be simply faced and conquered. In regards to emotional addiction, just like any other addiction, it starts with a choice.
1. Become aware of the feelings that seem to permeate your day. For example when you wake up in the morning how do feel, what are your first thoughts, start there. Is there a dread about the day, a fear, a stress, does this feeling permeate the rest of your day, life, experience of family, career, money and the like? This feeling usually highlights what you are addicted to.
Becoming aware of it is the first step.
2. Secondly map it, this gives the mind an opportunity to objectify
it, see it, start to understand it and bring awareness to witnessing
the pattern instead of living the addiction.
3. Directly experience it. Bring it home without resistance.
“Emotions are designed so they chemically reinforce something into long-term memory. That is why we have them.” Dr Joseph Dispenza
Most of us are addicted to some fear or another, whether it be fear of not having enough, abandonment, not being good enough, of losing control, of failure, of success, not being able to cope etc. These can be seen as your fundamental feeling, that which drives the need for your strategies, reactions, thoughts, body sensations and the like.

Each feeling has its own reality and consists of its own body sensations,
feelings, thoughts and beliefs, strategies and reactions, expectations
of reality, evidence and story to prove it is correct. The majority of
these are put into place to simply avoid experiencing the feeling. Our
story surrounding the situation, our previous experience as a child or
adult our resistance to the feeling and its surrounding feelings systematically
locks the feeling in.
Write down all the components of the fundamental feeling ie the feelings, thoughts, strategies, expectations, body sensations associated and experienced when the feeling is present.
FOR EXAMPLE: Fundamental Feeling is ‘Abandonment’

*Write your fundamental feeling underlying your experience in the centre
of circle and fill out
components of this feeling.
The only cause of emotional pain is judgment. Without judging a feeling the feeling simply moves through you and aligns itself to what is, transmutation – the alchemy of the soul. Feelings are energy and it moves as energy through your body. If judgement remains the feeling locks itself in the body and is experienced as pain due to the resistance towards it.
So you have heard the saying: feel the fear and do anyway, well lets elaborate on this. How do I feel the fear?
For a moment let your body feel the feeling (ie. Fear) without changing
it, fighting with it, or trying to fix it. Fully let the feeling be in
your body, even welcome it in. Let yourself drop, surrender into it,
totally letting yourself become the feeling without picking it up or
following it. Simply rest in the observer. Watch what happens to the
feeling.
Does it remain?
Does it change into another feeling? Then if I let go into that without
picking it up what happens to the feeling?
Or does the feeling remain? If it remains shift into your body rather
than trying to achieve something with your mind.
A feeling met in this way simply disappears as the only cause of emotional pain is our resistance to it. No resistance, no judgement, nothing for the feeling to be held on by, it is simply experienced for what is it – energy. Another term for this is Direct Experience. Or as my students have adopted the phrase STOP and DROP. This cannot be done with the mind, the mind simply allows the process to happen.
It is beneficial for the mind to map that which you experience when you directly experience a feeling and it dissolves. This allows for the realization of new possibilities and experiences – physically, emotionally and mentally. Some people experience a sense of peace, calm, expansion, empty wholeness – THAT WHICH WE ARE. The Truth of Who We Are.
In this way you can use any hellish moment to truly experience the truth of who you are. Yet your experience is not limited to those times.

Emotions are your guidance system, they tell us whether we are in alignment
with life itself or not. When we feel good we are in alignment. Feeling
good is congruent to what you want.
“We are emotions and emotions are us.
Again, I can’t separate emotions. When you consider that every aspect
of your digestion, every sphincter that opens and closes, every group
of cells that come in for nourishment and then move out to heal something
or repair something, are all under the influence of the molecules of
emotion, I mean, this is a total buzz.”
Candace Pert PhD
If vigilant the process of watching a feeling inherent in an emotional
addiction and directly experiencing this feeling lasts for about a week.
Within this time you will notice the feeling arises then the thoughts
attach itself to it, locking it in and creating experience. Simple remaining
in the witness/observer one can watch the feeling come and go without
doing anything with it. Until one day the feeling simply does not return.
The peace and vibrancy inherent in the truth of who you are becomes much
more attractive than the habitual feeling that by now you are well aware
of.
“In this infinite sea of potentials that exist around us, how come we
keep recreating the same realities?”
Dr Joseph Dispenza
“A simple shift in your emotion can change your entire day, your life.”
Bringing yourself into alignment is essential to cultivating the foundations that bring about what you want manifest. Without this it simply becomes a frustrating mental process.
“Go for inner peace and the rest will follow”
This exercise helps in aligning our judgments projected out, it is a way of making the unconscious conscious.
1. Who Am I?
Be courageous and truthful in your judgements. It is a natural part of
who we are to judge. Here we use it for our own personal liberation.
¬
List approximately 5 aspects or characteristics, in sentence form, you
do not like in these people.
Example: My mother is manipulative, controlling
and does not appreciate who I am.
Mother
Father
Partner/Lover
Work Colleague
2. I am…
Now cross out they are, mum is, dad is, etc and replace with “I am” And
write down all together.
Example: I am manipulative, controlling and do not appreciate who I am.
3. Recognising the things I judge about others is unowned projection
about myself
Make a list of all the adjectives in one column.
Example: Angry
Manipulative
Controlling
Unappreciative
4. Recognizing what I pretend to be
In the column opposite list the opposite of these.
Example: Angry Calm
Manipulative Accepting
Controlling Minds Own Business
Unappreciative Appreciative
5. Give the first column a heading, REAL. Give the second heading, PRETEND.
| REAL | PRETEND |
| Angry | Calm |
| Manipulative | Accepting |
| Controlling | Minds Own Business |
| Unappreciative | Appreciative |
"When I accept the things I judge about myself then what
I pretend becomes real."
"What I judge I empower and become"
"All aspects are absolutely valid parts of who we are."
"To try not to judge is to simply judge the act of judging"
Note: Also use the Bryon Katie's The Work: The Great Undoing to help
clients recognise their unowned projections.
“Thoughts come and go, there is nothing wrong with a thought, it is
when we attach ourselves to it and believe it then we suffer.”
Byron Katie
You are not your thoughts you that which is aware of the thoughts.
Most people offer the majority of their thoughts in response to what they are observing, yet what you are observing is what you used to be. Therefore we look at what is and think the same thoughts, and then we get more of the same and then we think the same thoughts and then we get more…. And on and on it goes. (The Secret)
“A thought is
• the architecture of reality
• a frozen moment of a stream of consciousness
• the brain processes you put into a package called a neuron and then
you add to it by associative memory. So then you have a thought
• Is a structure in which reality is patterned by.
• As you observe the thought it becomes the form in which reality is
moulded” Ramtha
"You are either attaching to your thoughts or inquiring.
There’s no other choice.” Byron Katie
Beliefs form throughout your life, culminating from our experiences, our parents, teachers, friends and life itself. We established them as a child based on what our parents believed and our experience in relationship with our parents, caregivers and the like. Throughout life, we come to decisions based on certain experiences and established underlying beliefs that are the make up of our daily experience. Here is a simple yet powerful tool to enquire into those beliefs to see if they are really correct or not. It is a tool for personal freedom from emotional suffering.
THE WORK
A simple yet powerful form of inquiry is The Work. The Work seems essential
to maintaining our inner peace. We essentially inquire into the minds
stories and beliefs surrounding our more unfavourable experiences.
Time magazine called “4 Questions to Inner Peace”.
The Work seems essential to maintaining our inner peace, to inquire into the minds stories and beliefs surrounding our more unfavourable experiences.
Use the following questions to inquire into a stressful
belief from Qu.f ie: There is never enough money.
1. Is it true? (Close your eyes, be still, go deeply as you contemplate
your answer. If your answer is no, continue to Question 3.)
2. Can you absolutely know that it's true?
• Can you know more than God/reality?
• Can you really know what's best in the long run for his/her/your own
path?
• Can you absolutely know that you would be happier if you got what you
wanted?
3. How do you react when you think that thought?
• Where does the feeling hit you, where do you feel it in your body when
you believe that thought? How far does the feeling travel? Describe
it.
• When did that thought first occur to you?
• How do you treat others when you believe that thought?
• How do you treat yourself when you believe that thought? Is this where
addictions kick in and you reach for food, alcohol, credit cards, the
TV remote?
• How have you lived your life because you believed that thought? Be
specific. Close your eyes, watch your past.
• Does this thought bring peace or stress into your life?
• Where does your mind travel when you believe that thought?
(List any underlying beliefs, and inquire later.)
• Whose business are you in when you think that thought?
• Can you find a peaceful reason to keep that thought?
• What terrible thing do you assume would happen if you didn't believe
that thought? Write down the terrible thought, and turn it around to
the opposite and test it for yourself - is the opposite as true or truer?
4. Who would you be without the thought?
• How would you live life differently if you didn't believe that thought?
Close your eyes and imagine life without it.
• Who are you right now, sitting here without that thought?
Turn the thought around.
(Statements can be turned around to yourself, to the other, to the opposite,
and to "my thinking," wherever it applies. Find a minimum
of three genuine examples in your life where each turnaround is as
true as or truer than your original statement.)
• If you lived this turnaround, what would you do, or how would you live
your life, differently?
Do you see any other turnarounds that seem as true or truer?
Byron Katie
Example Belief:
“I never have enough money”
1. Is it true?
2. Can I absolutely know this to be true?
3. What do I get when I think this thought?
4. Who would I be without this belief?
Turn around:
a. I always have enough money (Reality)
b. It is only my thinking that thinks there is never enough money (My
relationship with me, my thinking)
c. There is always enough money.
Use the following Worksheet to inquire into your
beliefs from Questions d & e.
Enter your belief on the line below and then question it in writing using
the following questions and turnaround:
(Continue on blank paper if you run out of room.)
Belief: _____________________________________________________________________________
1. Is it true (the be belief from above)? __________________________________________________
2. Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
Possible follow-ups:
a) Can you know more than God/reality?
b) Can you really know what is best in the long run for your path or
another person’s path?
______________________________________________________________________________
3. How do you react when you think that thought?
Possible follow-ups:
a) Where does the feeling hit you, where do you feel it in your body
when you believe that thought?
How far does the feeling travel? De Describe it.
b) How do you treat others when you believe that thought? What do you
say to them?
What do you do? Whom does your mind attack and how? Be specific.
c) How do you treat yourself when you believe that thought? Is this where
addictions kick in and you reach for food, alcohol, credit cards, and
the TV remote? Do thoughts of self-hatred occur?
What are they?
d) How have you lived your life because you believed that thought? Be
specific. Close your eyes, watch your past. When did that thought first
occur to you?
e) Where does your mind travel when you believe that thought? (List
any underlying be beliefs that surface, and inquire re later)
f) Can you find a peaceful reason to keep that thought?
g) What negative payoffs do you get for holding onto that belief?
4. Who would you be without the thought?
Possible follow-ups:
a) How would you have lived life differently if you didn’t believe that
thought? Close your eyes and imagine your past life without it.
b) Imagine you are meeting this person for the very first time with no
story. What do you see?
c) Who are you right now, sitting here without that thought?
Turn the thought around. (Example of a statement: He hurt me.)
Turn it around to yourself (I hurt me.): ___________________________________________________
How is this turnaround as true or truer? (i.e., specifically, how have you hurt you in this situation?):
Turn it around to the other (I hurt him.): __________________________________________________
How is this turnaround as true or truer? (i.e., how have you hurt him
in this situation?):
Turn it around to the opposite (He did not hurt me.): ________________________________
How is this turnaround as true or truer? (i.e., how did he not hurt
you? How has he helped you?)
‘90% of your focus is unconscious. What becomes your experience is where you have your focus. Change your focus and you change your world.” Christopher Howard
We often find our focus is on what we don’t want in our lives and not
on what we really want in our lives.
“There is what I call "an essential experience", a moment in which there is a shift in consciousness….. That recognition is the beginning. It may be the end of misidentification. It can be the end. But with most ordinary human beings, it is the beginning. We are so addicted to the powers of mind, that what usually occurs right after that experience is a thought: "How do I keep it?" or "It couldn't be that simple" or "I will never lose that". Whatever the thought, it is followed by another thought. And eventually, the thoughts lead to: "Well, what happened? Did it happen? Was it real?" Then there is the sense of being "lost". And the searching begins again — the outward search. Or, there is the thought, "I remember what I did. I faced my emotion. I went into my fear. I'll do that now and get it back. I'll get it back again." This is the same search, but now you are using an inward motion to go outward. It becomes an exercise, a process, something to do to get what you are. And maybe it seems to work half a dozen times. But it gets stale because it is based on a lie: you are still attempting to get what you are. You can't "get" what you are” Gangaji
When you are wanting something to appear in your life there are 2 ways of using your feelings to manifest this.
1. Feel how it feels, directly experience the feeling, that is present when you do not have what you want in your life.
2. Feel how it feels when you do have that in your life. Surrender to the feeling, directly experience it.
In this way you are aligning your emotional judgement about either appearing. Facing what it feels like to not have something in your life simply allows you to be honest and open to what is, not arguing with reality, it is simply saying yes this is what is happening right now. Surrendering to the feeling of how it would be like to have what you want in your life gives your body the experience, the chemical experience of its existence. Without this you may not have any reference point as to what this feels like. In this way you are literally reprogramming the chemical composition of your body.
Doubt simply means ones desire not to participate. Doubt indicates times you do not want to participate in your greatness, in the more of who you are. Just kiss it.
Hope is permission to think beyond restraint. Hope gets rid of confinement,
our mental confinement. Hope is a way out of ones monotonous predictability
is when a person begins the journey to release oneself from one’s confinement
or one’s restraint in thinking. Create a life, a day that gives you hope
for living.
Your inner sanctuary is a place where you can go within your imagination
to cultivate the movement of the mind that usually follows experience
to one that observes and begins to understand that experience is cultivated
from within.
Exercise: SOUL MEDITATION
Find yourself in a most beautiful nature setting, feel the ground underneath
your feet, the sun against your face. Breathe in the whole environment,
letting it nourish every cell in your body.
As you walk you will notice someone sitting in the distance, as you get
closer, you will notice this person looks exactly like you, radiant and
emanating light and it is your soul, and it rises to greet you, welcome
you with open arms. Melt into your souls arms, letting it support you
and take care of you.
Sit down beside your soul and it is going to tell you
‘The most important thing you need to know right now’.
When it has done this it is going to tell you
‘What you need to do to nurture and support you at the moment in your
life.’
If you have any more questions you would like to ask you soul do so,
just letting it answer in its own way.
When all is spoken, thank your soul and give it a hug. As you do so your soul merges with you and you become one, so that it is always supporting you, guiding you, from within. There is no separation from you and your soul, and in truth there never was.
Know that you can come back to this sanctuary any time you like and
talk to your soul, ask any questions, dance around the room with it,
snuggle up at night with it, whatever your needs are, your soul is always
there.
“In India when they train elephants. they take the baby elephant and tie it with an iron chain to a huge tree. They start cutting the size of the chain and the tree. Ultimately you can tie the elephant which is a big animal now, with a flimsy rope to a green plant but the elephant is unable to escape. It's made a commitment in its body-mind that it's in a prison!......
It's a phenomenon that psychologists call Premature Cognitive Commitment.
Premature, because we make it at a very early stage of our development.
Cognitive, because that's how they cognize or see the world. And commitment,
because it fixes us to a particular reality. It imprisons us in a fixed
mode of perception.”
Deepak Chopra
Cultivating the art of prayer is a delightful way of giving oneself
the permission to ask for help to reach out to the universe and all that
is and open oneself up to infinite possibilities for change.
For many prayer has connotations of religion but what religion points
to is the power, sacredness and simplicity of simply praying, asking
for that which you truly want, that which is your birthright.
Be in the attitude of gratitude
Gratitude cultivates and shifts your thinking to al the things that
make you feel good.
The mind does not know how to surrender. The minds job in truth is to
serve the essence of life, of you, that which your thoughts spring from.
Yet we follow the mind like it is the essence of life itself, and complain
when it falls short.
Gratitude uses the mind to open your heart to what is in this moment, to your feelings of joy and love and passion.
Opening to life and the gifts abound is not easy for the mind to contemplate when all seems too hard or overwhelming. Gratitude opens the way. The film ‘The Secret’ introduces the Gratitude Rock as a way of ritually bringing gratitude into your daily life. Finding your own ritual is a powerful way of affirming the life that has been given and the one that is on its way. As the life you are living now is who you used to be.
Exercise:
Make a list of the things that you are grateful for. Start simple: A
roof over my head, food on the table money to buy clothes, my family,
then add….
Then ritualise gratitude. For example: Every morning on waking focus on what you are grateful for or devise your own ritual over breakfast, throughout the day to be in an attitude of gratitude.
“I am so happy and grateful now that I have…….”
“So you ask if emotions are bad. Emotions are not bad. They’re life.
They colour the richness of our lives. It’s our addiction that’s the
problem. The thing that most people don’t realize is that when they understand
that they are addicted to emotions, it’s not just psychological, it’s
biochemical. Think about this. Heroin uses the same receptor mechanisms
on the cells that our emotional chemicals use. It’s easy to see, then,
that if we can be addicted to heroin, then we can be addicted to any
neuro-peptide, any emotion….. Emotions are designed so that they chemically
reinforce something into long-term memory. That’s why we have them”.
Dr Joseph Dispenza
Energising your body is essential to allowing more energy in, to feel
good to bring yourself into alignment with your thoughts. Nurturing your
body into vitality.
EXERCISE
A well-rounded fitness program (aerobics, yoga, swimming, cycling, power
walking etc) helps energizes you. Don’t wait until you have the energy
to exercise, in a couple of days you will find you have more energy due
to the exercise.
Schedule exercise into your diary as a regular routine. It helps you
de-stress, increase your physical endurance, maintain and/or lose weight,
and literally makes you feel good from the inside out, helping you stay
positive. David Suzuki said ‘90% of illnesses were stress related’.
H2O
Drink 8-10 glasses water daily. Water helps transport nutrients and
energy throughout your body, regulates your body temperature, eases digestion,
keep joints supple, cleanses, and keeps your skin healthy, and helps
keep you feel more energized and vibrant.
Fill a 2 litre bottle of water up everyday and aim to drink this throughout
the day, either carry it with you or put it at your work station.
If you like label your water bottle “ENERGY” “LOVE”, “REPAIRING” which literally changes the configurations of the water crystals in turn influencing your body.
BOD FOD
Feed your body well. Quality not quantity. The more energy that is available in your body the more energy that you attract. Your fuel - food helps you think clearly, feel alive and radiates that out to the world attracting more of the same.
Ever wondered why when you feel good everyone looks at you, it is because
it is more energetically attractive.
When you feel low in spirits we find ourselves often ignored, attracting
perpetuating much of the same.
Literally changing your diet can feel like someone has turned a light bulb on in your system. Find a diet that suits your body, look at what blood type you are and discover what foods energize your body: ie Blood Type O’s need red meat for their energy, therefore being a vegetarian may cause Chronic fatigue. Blood type A’s thrive on fruit and vegetables etc Many dieticians highlight the need for increased protein with vegetables and/or salads compared with diets high in carbohydrates.
Eat at least 3 balanced meals a day, with these consisting of 5 serves of fruit and vegetables of varying colours – why because they provide differing nutrients to help your machine, your body work efficiently.
“Thought alone can completely change the body.”
Candace Pert PhD
Do the things that you love doing. A walk along the beach, coffee with a friend, a great movie, run with the dog, read a best seller, dance around the room, sing in the shower, listen to upbeat music on your way to work ..… let this uplift you. Take the risk, make the effort, it may feel uncomfortable to start with but what do you have to lose? What do you have to gain?
Energise your body, do things that simply make you feel good. Don’t wait to feel good just do them. You can feel the joy, laughter and love generating in your body which permeates out – it is very contagious!
A well known pleasure activist and sex educator, Annie Sprinkle, encourages
us to visualize what we want while orgasming.
Recently there was a call to orgasm for world peace. If it feels good
it could change your life, and the world as we know it!
For instance if there is 25% drop in crime rate in Washington DC through
people gathering to meditate then I wonder what a worldwide orgasm could
do?
*Find your way to add a bit a love in your life. List here
It all begins with a decision, to make a choice. To decide a course of action, to make a step. This effort is enough to create change.
What do you REALLY want? Dwell upon the end results. Get into a state
of having acquired your goals you desire. Take the risk!
“You may avoid suffering and sorrow if you don’t risk, but you simply
cannot learn, feel,
change, grow, love, live.
The greatest hazard in life is to risk nothing.
The person who risks nothing, does nothing and has nothing.
Only a person who risks is free.”
Bob Proctor
“Think of a goal that will blow your mind”
Bob Proctor
If you think you’re thinking big, you’re not thinking big enough.
Mastery goes well beyond anyone’s ability to explain or truly comprehend,
or the minds ability to hold the entirety of possibilities.
“Why is it that no matter how badly you want a specific change or freedom in your life, you just can't seem to act on it . . . or, worse . . . when you act on it, it simply slips from your grasp? Bob Proctor talks about "The X-Y Factor" which – ultimately – comes down to the real difference between believing and knowing.
See, knowing goes beyond belief. Belief is an expression of faith. When you KNOW, there's absolutely NO thread of skepticism. Knowing resides at the core of you but, in many cases, we let that knowing become shrouded and smudged by fears and doubts. When we let this negativity control our future lives, this is the X Factor.
On the opposite side stands the Y Factor. This
is the knowing you – this is the confident action-taker, life-changer
you've envisioned taking charge in your life for much greater results.
So, how do you nudge that X Factor aside to let the Y Factor sit on
the throne?” Bob Proctor
“Imagination is everything. It is the preview of life’s coming attractions.”
Albert Einstein
The mind cannot distinguish between something that is being visualised or that is actually happening.
Become a daily visionary. Visualise your goals and dreams everyday unless it becomes a chore then do it when you feel joyous, happy or get a hit to do it to transform what is happening in your life. Dwell upon the end result, the feeling of living it, breathing it, sharing it, enjoying it and relishing in its existence.
“When you visualize you materialize”
Dr Denis Waitley
Create your own vision board, cut pictures out, add slogans and drawings,
magazine clips, photographs, collages. Be creative, the more effort you
put into the vision board, the feeling generated naturally materializes.
Keep a creative journal, write a book, mind map with drawings, clips
and the like your desired life, goals and dreams.
ASK
What is your Hearts desire?
Write down what you want:
‘The things I ‘d like the most are…’
‘I am so happy and grateful now that I ….’
“The how’s are the domain of the universe, it always knows the shortest, quickest, fastest and harmonious way between you and your dream” Mike Dooley
The universe does this step. Our mind does not need to know how this
is to come about and if it tries to it often falls far short of the possibility
of manifestation. Sometimes we get in our own way and fail to see that
we have manifested what we have asked for.
Or we either
a. Have forgotten what we asked for
b. Don’t believe it is possible
c. Or we are too busy trying to do the answering.
Most people do not allow themselves to want what they really want because
they don’t know how it is going to happen; they can’t see the end result.
Living in the mystery means trusting that life knows how, when, and what
is the best option. We just have to get out of the way in our thinking
and feeling to allow it to happen and have fun.
LIVE IT NOW
Live like you are in love, your have what you want, believing it. Doubting
it or waiting for it simply weakens the process. Put into action; pick
out the colours and design of your new house, your car. Feel how it
would feel having your partner do what you would love them to do. Buy
those new clothes for the new job, book the ticket to go on your dream
holiday…Live it now.
IT ALREADY IS
I am so happy that I am….
I am so happy and grateful for ….
I am so happy now that ……
State that it already exists, because in truth it does. Ensure that your thoughts bring it to the here and now, not “When I get….” Or “I am going to….” It always remains in the future and the universe will simply reflect this.
Bring yourself into alignment with what you are asking for.
Feeling wonderful, appreciative, joyous, passionate, enthusiastic are
indications that you are in alignment.
Feeling the opposite indicates that you are not in alignment with yourself
or furthermore what you are asking for, (see Feelings)
Alignment is extremely important. Feel into it, make what you want real
through feeling it – life will then simply match what’s on the inside.
“I wake up in the morning, and I consciously create my
day the way I want it to happen. Now, sometimes, because my mind is examining
all the things that I need to get done it take me a little bit to settle
down and get to the point where I’m actually intentionally creating my
day. But here’s the thing. When I create my day, and out of nowhere,
little things happen that are so unexplainable, I know that they are
the process or the result of my creation. And the more I do that, the
more I build a neural net in my brain and I accept that that’s possible.
It gives me the power and the incentive to do it the next day.
We are
consciously designing our destiny.”
Dr Joseph Dispenza
Before you remember who you are, in that moment of wordlessness on waking remember who you want to be. Create your day. Remember to create a day that it is so astounding, that it will add to my experience of your life.
Create your day in that moment before any identity is formed and your experience of your day will be very different.
Create a day that you would call at the end of: reason for living, one that brings to you adventures, meetings and occurrences that would never have existed in your life prior to this.
1. On waking create a day that you would call at the end - hope for living. A day that brings to you adventures, meetings and occurrences that you know happen because of you.
2. “Today I will know extraordinary people and have encounters of the unusual”.
3. “Today I will know wealth in a way of which I have never known, and all along the way I will be so excited about the day”.
4. Find your own words and/or say these words slowly in your mind, hold them, be present with them. And when you have finished you have been present with creating your day, and your day can get on with bringing you what you want.
5. The more present you are with these sentences the more excitement
grows in your body and the thrill of the day can hardly wait.
Ramtha
*Write down your days creation, What do you want from today, the next

1. What do I really want? What is MY purpose/passion?
2. “I feel….. when I don’t have…. “
Direct experience.
3. “I feel so happy now that I…….”“I love it now that……”
Direct experience
4. “I am grateful for all the things that make me happy in my life” “I am grateful for…….”
5. Open and receive from the universe. I surrender.
6. “I am grateful for….” Thank you for…..”
