WOMAN’S BREATHING EXERCISE TO OPEN THE BODY
BY SUZANNE

Standing up let your body be loose, you can bounce or shake — make sound

1. Your Body

  • Standing feet hip width apart, root feet into the Earth
  • Knees bent, open inside of thighs
  • sink into hips/pelvis
  • Open arms like angel wings, palms facing forward
  • soften solar plexus — like silk sheet in a gentle breeze
  • open back of neck
  • Jaw loose
  • Top of head touching the sky
  • Head level with belly
  • Front of body open and soft

2. Your Breath
Breathe in deeply and fully down into pelvis, womb, hips, belly, heart, nipples, and throat
Exhale, let go, soften, open, expand, radiating light and love, gifting each other and the world around you with this love.

Feel pores of skin breathing, tips of toes and fingers ... light and love beaming from your whole being, dissolving fear and hurt, closure and boundaries.

Your breath full and deep. Your body open and soft. Each breath washing through your heart ... Your heart expanding as open as the sky.

Inhaling and exhaling with the same open pleasure you would if your lover’s body were pressing against yours
Your hips dance like a flower opening

3. Your Heart
Our heart’s deepest yearning is to give and receive love fully in every moment — to live open as love and to be seen fully as this love.

As you connect with your body, breath and heart, feel into each other’s yearning and longing to live open and fully as radiant love.

As women, we embody mostly feminine essence, the feminine force of life that is constantly changing, moving, spontaneously expressing itself in every possible way ... the delicateness of a flower, the wildness of an erupting volcano, the innocence of a child’s drawing, the warmth of a summer breeze, the unexpectedness of lightening, the soothing sounds of birds singing, the simplicity of a smile, the juiciness of a mango, the power of a mother protecting her child, the beauty of a magnificent sunset, the ebb and flow of the tide, the unending cycle of the seasons.
